Zhou Wenzhao (周文雍)Tang Dynasty
Zhou Wenzhao (1905 - 1928) male, Han nationality, Kaiping, Guangdong, member of the Communist Party of China. Born in Kaiping, Guangdong in 1905. Joined the Communist Party of China in 1925. He participated in the provincial and international strikes and the Guangzhou Uprising. He has served as Chairman of the Special Committee of the Guangzhou Workers' Congress, Organization Director of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Working Committee, Chief of the Guangzhou Workers' Red Guard Corps, People's Labor Committee of the Guangzhou Soviet Government, and Workers' Minister of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. After the defeat of the Great Revolution in 1927, Chen Tiejun, a women's committee member of the CPC Guangdong-Guangdong District Committee, established a secret liaison office for the party in Guangzhou. Unfortunately, due to traitor whistle, on January 27, 1928, Zhou Wenzhao and Chen Tiejun were also arrested. The enemy applied torture to them, but they determined not to bow to the enemy. On February 6 of the same year, they were sentenced to death and heroic.
