Cao Yu (?-879), named Qibo. Military figures of the Tang Dynasty. The son of Cao Quanxuan, the brother of Cao Xiang, was admitted to the early years and led the state. In the sixth year (879 years), Huang Chao crossed the river and moved to the states of Rao, Xin, Xuan, Yi and Hang. Cao Yu led the soldiers to pursue, and the county’s pier, fell into the ambush of the Yellow Nest, and was killed in battle. The gift of Dong Yan, Qi Zhonglie, was buried under the northern foot of the pier. After Cao Yu’s death, Cao Xiang’s second son, Cao Yu, succeeded to Cao Yu as a beggar.
